What your weeks inside POD Shop Sprint Intensive will look like

This isn’t a passive course where you watch lessons and hope you eventually take action.

This is a six-week sprint where you’ll be actively building your shop.

Here’s what a typical week will look like.

Every day

Spend about 20 minutes building your brain cache.

You’ll study successful listings in your niche and start noticing patterns in:

• fonts
• phrases
• colors
• aesthetics
• emotional hooks
• mockups

This habit alone dramatically improves your design instincts.

Design and listing work

Most days you’ll spend about 90–100 minutes creating listings.

This might include:

• researching keywords
• writing titles and descriptions
• generating designs
• creating mockups
• publishing listings

Small daily progress adds up quickly.

Every Thursday

We meet live for 90 minutes of training and Q&A.

During these sessions we will:

• teach you the essentials for success

• build upon your skills and knowledge base

• answer your questions and help you troubleshoot

You’ll leave each call knowing exactly what to focus on next.

• Real SEO keywords working in your shop
• A repeatable listing creation workflow

• Print on Demand Sellers who have not started yet

• Print on Demand Sellers who are new to Etsy and looking for help, motivation, and actionable training to help them make sales

• Print on Demand Sellers with under 100 listings who aren't making the progress they'd hoped for and need support

• Print on Demand Sellers interested in using AI tools for efficiency (we can also support traditional designers, but expect to create fewer listings in the 6 weeks)

This program is not for:

• Sellers who are not focused on Print on Demand

• Sellers who already have hundreds of listings
• Anyone unable to commit time during the six weeks

• Sellers who are more intermediate or advanced and already make lots of sales

Students should plan to dedicate about two hours per day during the sprint.

Here are a few things people often wonder before joining the sprint.

What if I’m not creative?

You don’t need to be an artist to succeed in this program.

One of our specialties is teaching sellers how to use AI design tools to generate and refine product ideas quickly.

Instead of starting with a blank canvas, you’ll learn how to combine market research, trends, and AI prompting to create designs that customers are already looking for.

Many successful sellers aren’t traditionally “creative” — they’re simply good at spotting patterns in what buyers love and building on those ideas.

That’s exactly what we’ll practice together during the sprint.

What if I’m starting from zero?

That’s completely okay.

Before our first meeting, we’ll walk you through opening your shop, connecting to Printify, and completing the basic setup, including your banner, policies, and about section.

That means when the cohort begins, everyone will already have the foundation in place.

From there, we move straight into research, design, and listing creation so you can start building momentum right away.

What if I’m worried about choosing the wrong niche?

This program was designed for exactly that stage.

During the sprint you’ll have direct access to Lizzie, Jenny and their coaching team, along with the opportunity to ask questions and get feedback on your ideas.

Instead of guessing or trying to figure everything out alone, you’ll be able to validate your decisions in real time.

That kind of guidance can put you light years ahead of other sellers just getting started.

What if I can’t attend the live calls?

It's ideal to attend the calls live, but all sessions will be recorded.

If you can’t attend one week, you’ll still be able to watch the replay and follow the productivity schedule.

You’ll also have access to the private Skool community and LIVE coaches office hours, where you can ask questions and get support between our weekly calls.

What if I don’t have two hours every day?

The sprint is designed around about two hours of focused work per day, but some students prefer to batch their work into longer sessions a few times per week.

There will also be an optional Done-For-You add-on available at checkout that provides custom prompts, SEO, and listing assets tailored to your niche.

Many students choose this option because it can cut their workload roughly in half.
